1. Digital Product Delivery (Audiobooks)

As a digital product, audiobooks are not subject to physical shipping timelines or costs.

  • Delivery Method: Audiobooks are delivered digitally via a secure download link sent to the customer's registered email address.
  • Processing Time: Instant (0 hours). Access is granted immediately after the payment gateway confirms the transaction.
  • Delivery Cost: Free (No shipping charges apply).

2. Physical Product Shipping (Printed Books, T-shirts, Merchandise)

2.1. Order Processing Time

  • Order processing time: Within 48 hours from the time you place your order.
  • The order cutoff time is 4:00 PM daily in GMT -8. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2.2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: From 3 to 7 days from the time the order is processed and confirmed. We are committed to providing you with fast and efficient product delivery.

2.3. Shipping Options

We are pleased to offer both free shipping and expedited shipping options for all Physical Product orders. This allows you to save on costs and choose the option that suits you best when shopping at our store.

2.4. International Shipping Information

We support worldwide shipping for Physical Products and provide free shipping services. However, please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may occur in your country. Users are responsible for these fees as per their country's regulations.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and processed (i.e., immediately for audiobooks, or after they leave the facility for physical products). We utilize third-party shipping services to ensure smooth and prompt delivery of physical products. In cases of delivery delays or issues, we work closely with our shipping partners to resolve the matter.
