For the benefit of our customers, we accept product returns and refunds for both digital (Audiobooks) and physical (Printed Books, T-shirts, Merchandise) products. For returns and refunds, please read the following instructions, which are categorized by product type.

1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds.

Our policy provides distinct guidelines for digital and physical items.

a. Regulations on Time

The return period is no more than 30 days from the time you receive the product (Physical Products) or the time you purchase the product (Audiobooks).

b. Detailed Regulations by Product Type.

B.1. For Physical Products (Printed Books, T-shirts, Merchandise)

  • The product has a manufacturing or shipping defect. We will cover the return shipping cost for defects.
  • Product must be new, unopened, and unused (resaleable condition). We do not offer refunds for natural wear and tear or damage caused by user use.
  • The customer changes their mind after purchasing: Accepted, provided the item is unused. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

B.2. For Audiobooks (Digital Products)

  • Technical Defects Only: Refunds or exchanges are only granted if the audiobook file is corrupted, faulty, cannot be opened, or does not match the product description.
  • Change of Mind (Exchange Support): In case the customer changes their mind and needs support to change another product, we will assist you to exchange any product within 48 hours of purchase. The amount you have paid will be deducted from the order to exchange new products. Remember: do not download or access the digital file if you want to exchange for another product; once accessed, the purchase is final.
  • No Refund After Access: We do not offer refunds for digital products that have been been successfully downloaded or accessed, unless a technical defect is confirmed.

2. Instructions for requesting a refund/exchange

When contacting us, please clearly specify whether your request relates to an Audiobook or a Physical Product for faster processing.

2.1. Via website

  • The reason for requesting a refund, including the product type (Audiobook/Physical Product).

2.2. Through facebook fan page.

  • Code orders.
  • The reason for requesting a refund, including the product type (Audiobook/Physical Product).

2.3. Contact via hotline.

Our hotline number is +17186828848. Call us and request a refund. Please prepare the following information in advance so that we can process your request faster:

  • Code orders.
  • The reason for requesting a refund, including the product type (Audiobook/Physical Product).

2.4. Via email

We receive customer refund requests via email info@zynzostore.com. If sending a refund request via email, please note the following requirements in order for your request to be processed as quickly as possible:

  • Title: Request Return & Refund.
  • Email content:
    1. Code orders.
    2. The reason you are requesting a refund, including the product type (Audiobook/Physical Product).

2.5. Via our store

We accept returns and refund requests at 9 Joseph St, New Hyde Park, NY 11040, United States. Before coming to our store, please bring the Physical Product (if applicable). Remember the order number for both digital and physical product types. We may require identity verification through the email or phone number you provided in your order at pre-payment.

3. Shipping (Only Applicable to Physical Products)

For Physical Products, you must return the product to us before we will issue a refund. Before carrying out the shipment, please note the following requirements:

You must receive an email confirming the acceptance of your refund request. In the email, we will send a Return Label. You must print this label out and put it on your order before sending it to us.

We do not accept and are not responsible for the products that customers arbitrarily send to our store. So please be patient and make sure you put a return label on the parcel you send us. Absolutely do not send goods without receiving the email confirming the return request and return label we send.

For Audiobook products, there is no physical return required; therefore, customers will not have to pay any fees related to return shipping.

4. When will I receive my refund.

For Physical Products, we only issue refunds after we have received the returned product and have made sure it is in compliance with our returnable conditions. We will refund you 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product from you.

For Audiobooks with confirmed technical defects, we will refund you 5-10 business days after the defect is confirmed.

5. Changes To Our Return Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy without prior notice.
